Wind of Glory Global Ministry celebrates anniversary amidst thanksgiving

Wind of Glory Global Healing Ministry is set for yet another landmark event as the ministry puts final touches to the arrangements for the celebration of its 13^th year anniversary.

Founded in 2009 and domiciled in the Ikorodu area of Lagos, the ministry which is been Sheppard by Prophetess Onyinyechukwu Pricilla Edward is a non denominational faith based prayer ministry with followership from within and outside Nigeria.

As it was with previous anniversaries of the ministry, this year’s event which will hold at the Ministry’s main auditorium at Agric area of Ikorodu, Lagos on Thursday, August 25, 2022 will be characterized with prayers for the body of Christ and manifestation of God’s mercies and blessing upon Nigeria and her citizens in the face of insecurity and economic harship, healing of the sick and the afflicted, prophecies and ministrations.

“I thank God for everything. I thank God because it has not been easy.  So many people started such (church) project but didn’t go far. One year,  two years, three years, 10 years;  I thank God for bringing me this far despite the challenges” Sister Onyinye as she is fondly called had remarked at the 10^th anniversary of the ministry.

Still committed to the service of God and humanity in the face of so many challenges and attacks, Sister Onyinye had in the said interview with Daily Champion recalled how her adventure into healing ministry and prophesy started.

“It all started when I was about seven or eight years old. My parents then used to say said that they don’t know what was wrong with me. When the spirit of God comes upon me then, I will not know that it is the spirit of God and I will have a message to go to certain villages, maybe in Imo State, Anambra or Enugu State, they (spirit of God) will give me the address, the name of the family and the direction. I will go there, locate the place and the people they way that I was directed and I will give them the message.  Sometimes I will spend between three to four days or even one week on such missions. When I come back, my mother will say ‘leave Onyinyechukwu alone’ that she don’t know the type of child she gave birth to but my father will say, ‘leave her for me. What she is doing is something that is in our family’.  My grandmother, that is, my father’s mother was a native doctor. My father used to remind us how his mother used to cure people with herbs and natural things” she recalled.

Prophetess Onyinyechukwu Pricilla Edward have in her quest to deepen her evangelism which is majorly anchored on praise worship and prophesies resorted to  the release of her maiden musical album titled Onyekwe chi ya ekwe.

“This album is coming in furtherance of the propagation of the ministry. God called me to serve through songs and ministrations. I was almost dead; I was blind until God challenged me to serve Him upon my recovery. The launching of this album will not be a one-off thing; this is just volume one as it is in music that the gospel is pushed beyond the ambits of the church” she noted.

Backed by the Wind of Glory Musical Band, the eight track album contains such tracks as Onyekwe chi ya ekwe, Odiwara gbogbo, Ebe ndaberemu, Olile anya, Mmuo nebu uzo, Oma nma amasi amasi and Ugbo amara.
