The body of the late Ezinne Nwanyi.nkwo Martina Chukwuma mother of Chief Innocent Chukwuma has been laid to rest in her country home, Uru, Nnewi., Anambra State.
Mama Chukwuma was aged 101 years died peaceably after a brief illness.
Speaking during a mass in Honor of the the late matriach, former president of Nigeria, Dr. Good luck Ebele Jonathan , represented by his wife, Dame Patience Jonathan condoled the Chukwuma family and the Nnewi people on death of the woman, staying that the legacies of Ezinne Chukwuma was evidence that she lived a good and godly life.
Governor Willie Obiano represented by his wife, Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano described late Ezinne Chukwuma as a woman who gave good training to her children. He urged them to continue to live the going good legacies of their late mother.
His Royal Highness, Eze Dr. James Nduka Oramadike who recalled the cordial relationship between him and late Martina and the Chukwuma family, described the late woman as a kind mother whose advice would be needed forever. He urged the entire Chukwuma family to bear the lose with fortitude.
Okwuosa Onyedika, who spoke on behalf sons-ilaw described Ezinne Chukwuma as a virtuous mother, peace maker whose legacies would be emulated.
Others who condoled with Chukwuma family included the Monarch of Nnewi HRH Kenneth O.N.Orizu111 and his cabinet , former Governor Peter Obi of Anambra State, Senator Victor Umeh and his wife, Senator Uche Ekwinife , Honorable Chris Azunogu, the National Assembly member representing Nnewi North / South among so many others.
