The Supreme Court, Nigeria’s apex home of judicial powers has gone up in flames, barely a week after the filing of the appeals of Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Peter Obi, his Labour Party (LP) counterpart, challenging the outcome of the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), to uphold the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 election.
