Adaralegbe Akintayo, founder of T-Pumpy Concepts, has built his real estate business from humble beginnings into a recognised company providing housing opportunities to Nigerians across different income levels.
The entrepreneur’s story of rising through adversity was highlighted at the 2026 T-Pumpy London Land Exhibition and Musical Show, held on Saturday, August 29, aboard the Teraza Joanne Boat at King George V Dock, London.
Speaking at the event, Akintayo stressed the importance of honesty and transparency in real estate, which he identified as key principles behind the company’s growth.
The event attracted T-Pumpy ambassadors and entertainment personalities, including KS1 Malaika, Femi Adebayo, Sotayo Gaga, Tayo Sindodo, Shebaby, Dayo Amusa, Baba Alariya, Muffy Sabaika and Apala Terry.
KS1 Malaika spoke about his longstanding relationship with T-Pumpy and his experience with the company, while Femi Adebayo highlighted the importance of property investment in Nigeria.
Hosted by Anobi Jones, with performances supported by DJ Samblast and DJ Ade, the event was powered by Godfather Promotion Inc. and Studio One Zero Promotion Ltd.
The evening ended on a high note with performances by Apala Terry and a 40-minute duet between KS1 Malaika and Muffy Sabaika, which became one of the major highlights of the London event.
