PDP snubs Wike, appoints Udom, Tambuwal, Chairman, DG, Presidential Campaign Organization 

.As Atiku jets out to Dubai

OBIORA IFOH, Abuja

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has appointed Akwa Ibom State Governor, Emmanuel Udom as the Chairman Presidential Campaign Organization, while his Sokoto State counterpart, Waziri Tambuwal becomes the Director- General.

The lists  which contains 326 membership has Senator Bala Mohammed  as Vice Chairman (North) and Seyi Makinde Vice Chairman  (South), with four directorates headed by Liyel Imoke,  Prof. Adewale Oladipo, Chief Raymond Dokpesi and Okwesilieze Nwodo.

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike was initially tipped to lead the campaign but he was eventually dropped after his intransigent disposition.

Meanwhile, PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar will be travelling to Dubai Friday along with family, a source told Daily Champion.

This trip has nothing to do with his health as speculated in some sections of the media.
