Chairman, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Council of Elders worldwide, Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyawu has extolled the virtues of late monarch, His Royal Majesty Saliu Adetunji, the Olubadan of Ibadan Land for his contribution to the nation.
Chief Iwuanyanwu who is also the Balogun Babaguwa of Ibadan Land in a statement issued over the weekend said that God used the late monarch to do great things in Ibadan Land, Yoruba Land and Nigeria in general.
According to the business mogul, “It is true that he died at a relatively ripe age of 93years, but we will never forget his lives and times.
“God Almighty used him to do great things in Ibadan Land, Yoruba Land and Nigeria in general. He was an epitome if peace, love, and progress.
We will no doubt miss him dearly.
“I wish on behalf of myself, the entire Iwuanyanwu family and indeed the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Council of Elders to express our deep sympathy to the people of Ibadan Land, the Government of Oyo state and the Traditional institution of Yoruba Land on the exit of an amazing Monarch.”
