Commissioner leads Hilltop Club 72 on tour of Enugu projects

The Enugu State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Engr. Ben Osy Okoh, has led members of the Hilltop Club 72, Lagos, on a tour of some of the ongoing infrastructure projects being executed by the State Government across the state.

According to statement by the Public Relations Officer Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Ngozi Ngene, the visit provided the club members with an opportunity to see firsthand the scale and pace of transformation taking place across Enugu State, particularly in the area of infrastructure development.

Speaking during the tour, Engr. Okoh said the ongoing projects demonstrate the commitment of the Enugu State Government, under the leadership of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, to building a modern, productive and prosperous state through strategic investments in infrastructure and sustainable development.

He explained that the government’s massive infrastructure drive is aimed at improving connectivity, stimulating economic activities, opening up communities and enhancing the quality of life of residents.

The Commissioner expressed delight at hosting the members of Hilltop Club 72, noting that the tour provided an opportunity for them to witness the remarkable progress being recorded across the state.

The visitors toured selected ongoing projects and received briefings on their scope, progress and expected impact on the socio-economic development of Enugu State.

Engr. Okoh reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring the timely delivery of quality infrastructure in line with the development agenda of the Governor Mbah administration
