Akulueuno 2021: Enugu Hosts Mega Real Estate Expo

Enugu metropolis is already agog and pulsating in readiness for the upcoming 3rd South East Real Estate Exhibition and Awards Ceremony tagged Akulueuno 2021,slated to hold in the Coal City at the futurist Amadeo Event Centre in the upbeat Ebeano Tunnel precincts, GRA,Enugu come September 30,2021.

Structurally, Akulueuno is regional but conceptually, it has an international focus, targeting as it were the people of the South East and Nigerians primarily as well as diaspora Igbo’s in and outside Nigeria.              And the message according according to the anchor organizers,

Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria REDAN which disclosed to newsmen through their Zonal Vice President, Engr.  Pastor Makuochukwu, that the South East zone is a safe haven for investment and abounds in huge prospects for estate development, devoid of any encumbrances.

The event which will bring together developers and those needing houses as well as prospective investors banks mortgage institutions and tangent stakeholders together with the general public, projects about 2000 participants from within and outside country.

Some of the participants include industry leaders such as Mac Davison, V-Tech,Copen,I-Connect,HELIU, C-Plaz,Dangote and many others.

Enugu state real estate friendly and savvy governor Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will be Chief Host in concert with the governors of Abia,Anambra,Ebonyi and IMO states who are cohosts.

According to Egnr Nwachukwu the event will not only showcase quality, durable and affordable houses but will put on display fine mortgage options such as Rent Buying and other such options that will ensure that everybody can key into real estate through the various options on offer.

Akulueuno which loosely translates to bringing home one’s wealth, while recognizing the immense potentials of south easterners in nation building and entrepreneurship global, does not according to the organizers, seek to discourage them from investing in their host communities but invites them seize the opportunity of the conducive investment opportunities back home.

The organizers insist that the new regime of ease of doing business in zone which removed associated bottlenecks and bureaucratic delays, investors and their investments protected from any unpleasant development more so as all REDAN members and other stakeholders operate under EFCC guidelines.
