EMMANUEL NLEWEDUM, Port Harcourt Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has ordered Raffoul Nigeria Limited handling construction of the 6.5-kilometre Woji–Aleto–Alesa–Refinery Road to conclude the project within one month or face termination.
