South East Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines  And Agriculture ( SECCIMA ) president, Mr.  Humphrey Ngonadi has urged  support for governors in the South east to promote  economic development of the region.

Ngonadi stated this yesterday, in an interview with Daily Champion.

He said synergy was needed in the face of present insecurity situation in the country to enhance the economy of the South east region.

Ngonadi who lamented that the insecurity situation had crippled business in the South east leading to some businessmen relocating to Delta State and other more secure places from Anambra , urged stakeholders to support governor Soludo’s government  and exercise patient with him  ,as he needed time to implement his laudable objectives which included security of lives and property of the citizens and growing the state economy.

The SECCIMA president pleaded with allegedly aggrieved sides in the state to sheath the sword  and join hands with governor Soludo to develop the state.

“Insecurity is nationwide. But the situation is so bad and  it is grounding businesses in the South east.

” I will advise the business community in Anambra and other South east states to exercise patient while governor Soludo and others work out modality for tackling insecurity in the region”, Ngonadi said.
