Mentorship : 115 Fresh Graduates benefit from Mentorship Training skills, courtesy of  NGO “Kemak Foundation”  in Ebonyi State

No fewer than 115 fresh Graduates of various institutions in the country, on Tuesday benefited from a One-Day Mentorship training Summit,  courtesy of a Non-Govermental Organization named “Kemak Foundation.
The Summit has as it’s theme “Preparation for Successful Career, as a fresh Graduate”
The event  which marked the 4th Edition of the training programme featured Lectures by Resource Persons drawn from the Bank of Industry (BOI),  Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Zeninth Bank and Kemak Foundations Limited,  dwelt on various topics ranging from “Developing Life Skills for Decision making,  Fund-Raising to Start up Businesses, Available funds for Start- up Entrepreneurs and Strategies for job seeking among others.
Participants at the mentorship Summit were fresh graduates of Alex Ekwueme Federal University  Ndufu-Alike Ikwo and Ebonyi State University Abakaliki .
They were graduands of various disciplines namely  Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Dára Analysts, Photographers, Business Analysts, Graphic Designers, and graduates of Law among others.
Earlier in an address, the Director Kemak Foundation For Enhancing Sustainable Livelihood, Dr Makuachukwu G. Ojide, said that the summit was geared towards inculcating in the graduates the virtues  and rudiments of decision making in life.
“Kemak Foundation is committed towards inspiring Resilience  and Self Confidence among graduates, developing Life Skills for Decision Making and Inter-personal Relationship in Workplace”
“What Kemak Foundation does is to bridge the gap between what is done in the university and other sector”
“At the end of the interaction,  all the participants will be admitted into “Kemak Mentorship Programme”.
Delivering a Lecture  Mr Chukwuemeka Agha (Deputy Manager Zenith Bank), enjoined the participants to ensure harmonious relationship in their future work place.

In a Presentation captioned “Developing Life Skills for Decision Making” Ambassador Mrs Enene Fonne, (Director Enene Akonjom Foundation), harps in the need for participants to put into practice the contents of the summit.
“Now that you are proceeding to NYSC Programme, this is an opportunity to ensure that all that is being taught is utilized to the fullest”
“Essence of this Summit is to prepare you to make impact in any sector you find yourself din the future”
“Either in banking, judiciary, medical profession, media, entrepreneurship, we want you to impact livelihood”
In another Lecture titled “How to improve Inter-Personal Relationship Skills”, Mrs Blessing Nnadi of Zenith Bank PLc, urged the fresh graduates to be professional at all times and to imbibe Active Listening Skills.
