As fire outbreak engulfed the Nyanya market in Abuja, men of the FCT Fire service fight tough to bring it under control, as hoodlums takes advantage of the ugly situation to loot the affected shops.
The fire which was said to have started around 7.30pm from an unknown source has already claimed several shops before the arrival of the men of FCT fire service and Night traders were also seen trying to assist affected shop owners salvage their goods
Eye witnesses said the fire started shortly after most of the traders had closed their shops for the day, adding that the traders were however forced to return to the market to salvage their goods upon hearing the news of the fire outbreak.
It could be recall that in less than a Month, a seminar inferno claimed 7 lives in Kubwa Village of Federal Capital Territory as residents and traders continued to violate developmental blueprint leading to a reoccurrence of the incident.
