National Vice Chairman, APC Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Godswill Akpabio on Monday, attended the grand finale of the Godswill Akpabio Solidarity Football Tournament, organised by the Akwa Ibom State Chapter of the Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON), where he personally presented medals and trophy to the winning team.
The football completion was a month-long event. Over 40 football clubs took part in the tournament, which took place at the Eastern Annang Development Centre, Abiakpo, Abak Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
He used the event to drum support for the presidential candidate of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and all the candidates of the party in the state.
Prayers for the success of the party in the forthcoming general elections were offered by the women, men and youths from all over the state.
